Welcome to Copperleaf Studio — a small corner of the world where metal, texture, and quiet creativity come together. I work mainly with copper and brass, shaping each piece by hand at my bench here in Edinburgh. These metals have a warmth and honesty I’ve always loved, and they make a beautiful foundation for jewellery that feels personal and lived‑in.

Why Copper & Brass

Both metals carry their own character. Copper deepens and softens over time, developing a patina that reflects its journey with you. Brass brings a gentle golden glow without the formality of high-shine jewellery. Together, they create pieces that feel grounded, tactile, and full of life.

Stones with Meaning

I often pair these metals with semi‑precious stones — Amazonite, Jasper, Tourmaline, and others that catch my eye. Each stone brings its own quiet story: a pop of colour, a sense of calm, a spark of energy. I choose them for their natural beauty and the way they complement the warm metal tones.

Beauty Of Handmade

Handmade jewellery carries the marks of its making. The soft hammer textures, the subtle irregularities, the organic lines — these are the details that make each piece unique. Nothing here is mass‑produced. Every pendant, earring, and bangle is shaped, filed, soldered, and finished by hand.

A Studio Rooted in Craft

Copperleaf Studio is built on slow, thoughtful making. I love creating pieces that feel timeless, wearable, and quietly expressive — jewellery that becomes part of your everyday rhythm.

A Place to Share the Journey

This Studio Journal is where I share the behind‑the‑scenes moments — the experiments, the textures, the small victories, and the quiet joys of making. It’s a space for process, inspiration, and the gentle evolution of my work.

I’m glad you’re here. Settle in, explore, and make yourself at home.
