Due to the handmade nature of my products, orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days from the date of purchase. Some items marked as “Ready to Ship” will be dispatched even faster. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that during peak times or holidays, dispatch may take a little longer.

After placing an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email within minutes. Once your jewellery is created, packed, and dispatched, you’ll get another email with tracking details. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update. If you haven’t received a dispatch email within 7 days, contact me at kim@copperleafstudio.co.uk with your order number and I’ll look into it right away.

If you’ve entered your details incorrectly while placing an order, don’t worry! Contact me as soon as possible via email (kim@copperleafstudio.co.uk) or through my contact form. Include your order number and the correct information you’d like to update. The sooner you get in touch, the better the chances your details can be corrected before dispatch.
