Shipping Policy

Copperleaf Studio currently ships within the UK only. Each piece is handmade to order, so please allow 2–3 days after your confirmation email for your jewellery to be crafted. You’ll receive a second email once your order has been dispatched.

Dispatch Schedule: Orders are sent Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays

UK Delivery Options:

Standard Delivery – Free

Sent via Royal Mail, tracked. Estimated arrival within 2–4 business days.

Express Delivery – £2.50

Sent via Royal Mail, tracked. Estimated arrival within 1–2 business days.

Important Notes: Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Copperleaf Studio cannot accept responsibility for delays once parcels are with Royal Mail. Delivery costs are non-refundable in the event of late arrival.

Return Policy

Return & Exchange Policy

I hope you love your new jewellery. If for any reason you wish to return an item, please contact me via the website's contact page or email kim@copperleafstudio.co.uk within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be sent back within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Please include your order number, full name, address, and phone number.

  • Sharing the reason for your return helps me improve future service.

Items Not Eligible for Refunds

  • Earrings with non-removable ear wires or posts (unless faulty), for hygiene reasons.

  • Any exclusions will be clearly stated on the product page.

 

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirming approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a few days.

  • If applicable, shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

  • To exchange an item, please return it as above and place a new order through the website.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

  • For peace of mind, please use a trackable service or obtain proof of postage.

  • Copperleaf Studio cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Cancelling an Order

  • If you wish to cancel, please contact me straight away with your name and order number.

  • If your order hasn’t been processed, it will be cancelled.

  • If it has already been dispatched, please follow the return guidelines above.
