Where Copperleaf Began
Jewellery‑making started as a quiet hobby, while I was working in retail. A few local metalsmithing classes sparked a deep fascination for working with raw metal, and what began as a pastime soon grew into Copperleaf Studio. Today, from the first sketch to the final polish, every single piece is brought to life by hand at my workbench.
Love of Handmade
The shifting seasons outside my window often guide my designs, shaping the rich textures and earthy tones I choose. I have always been drawn to the expressive quality of handmade items – their natural patinas and subtle irregularities that can’t be replicated. Because of this process, no two pieces are ever completely identical. That unique individuality is what makes your piece entirely yours.
Materials with Meaning
The warm, red‑orange tones of solid copper and the golden hues of brass form the foundation of my collection. I pair these metals with carefully selected semi‑precious stones and beads, chosen for their natural warmth and character. My designs are constantly evolving as I experiment with new techniques and finishes, finding inspiration in quiet moments and seasonal shifts.
Mindful Details and Sustainable Roots
Copperleaf Studio is grounded in the principles of slow fashion. I source my raw materials from trusted UK suppliers who share my commitment to the environment.
To ensure the journey remains mindful from start to finish, every order is wrapped entirely in recyclable, eco-friendly materials—from kraft boxes and soft tissue to paper packing tape.
For me, intentional craft means pouring care into every single detail, from the marks left by my hammers to the moment your package arrives at your doorstep. Each piece is crafted to feel grounded, unique, and full of meaning—ready to continue its story with you.
